Melbourne’s largest community hub is a vital part of the $250m Queen Victoria Market Renewal, built on the traditional lands of the Wurundjeri People of the Kulin Nation. Backed by sustainability and user experience design values, the 11-level tower hosts a suite of new community facilities including the City of Melbourne’s new rooftop library, affordable housing, wellbeing and creative spaces, an auditorium and fine grain retail.
